Welcome to GuruPlus, an educational web app learning platform operated by ROTI PAKE MESES PTE LTD, a company registered in Singapore. By accessing or using GuruPlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of GuruPlus after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

GuruPlus is an educational platform that provides users with the following features:

• AI-powered assistance to ask questions about learning material
• Tools to generate practice questions
• Ability to answer and review your own questions

The service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future, with appropriate notice to users.

All content, features, and functionality of GuruPlus, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof, are the property of ROTI PAKE MESES PTE LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Public textbooks made available through the platform remain the property of their respective owners and are provided for educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on GuruPlus without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GuruPlus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable; (c) any errors in the service will be corrected.

7. Educational Disclaimer

GuruPlus is designed to supplement and assist with learning. Please note the following:

• Not a Substitute: GuruPlus is NOT a substitute for formal education, professional instruction, accredited courses, or official educational qualifications.
• No Guaranteed Outcomes: We do NOT guarantee any specific educational outcomes, academic results, test scores, grades, or career advancement from using our platform.
• AI Limitations: AI-generated content and responses are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should verify important information independently.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own learning outcomes and how you apply information obtained through GuruPlus.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROTI PAKE MESES PTE LTD and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any educational decisions or outcomes based on information from the service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or SGD $100, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROTI PAKE MESES PTE LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of GuruPlus; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your conduct in connection with the service.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to GuruPlus at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 4
• Spamming, DDoS attempts, or other attacks on our systems
• Inappropriate, abusive, or harmful behavior
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Any other conduct we deem harmful to other users or the platform

Upon termination, we reserve the right to delete your account and all associated data. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of GuruPlus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ROTI PAKE MESES PTE LTD regarding your use of GuruPlus and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
